By accessing, registering, or using any part of the padu33 platform — whether through the website at padu33.vu or via our official mobile app — you hereby acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document.

Padu33 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account at any time where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to a breach of these terms, suspicious activity, or at the member's own request.

Members who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the padu33 support team. Any remaining balance (subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal once all security checks are completed.

• Account closure due to a breach of terms may involve the forfeiture of any unfulfilled bonuses.
• Padu33 is not obligated to provide detailed explanations for every account suspension decision.
• Members whose accounts were closed due to fraud are not eligible to re-register.

Padu33 makes every effort to ensure the platform operates without interruption at all times. However, padu33 does not guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from technical disruptions, errors, or omissions under all circumstances.

To the extent permitted by law, padu33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of data, or business disruption arising from the use of or inability to use our platform.
